Summer Fiesta 2016 : 17 May - 22 June 2016
National Bal Bhavan organizes Summer Fiesta for Children age group 5 - 16 years. This year it was organised from 17 May - 22 June and more than 5000 children registered for Summer Fiesta 2016. Children enrolled for different activities like Photography, Computer, Performing Art, Creative art, Museum Techniques etc. Children enjoyed and learned a lot.
National Young Environmentalist's Conference (NYEC) 28th- 30th March 2016 at Aurangabad Maharastra
National Bal Bhavan organizes a National Conference for Young Environmentalists each year to give them a platform to learn to be environmentally conscious, develop interest in specific issues of environment so as to become caring and responsible citizens of the earth. They also carry forward the messages/information to their native places, which they learn in the conference.

Bal Shree Award 2013 function was held on 3rd February 2016 at Vigyan Bhawan New Delhi. The 62 Children in four different streams received National Bal Shree Award by Hon'ble Minister of HRD Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani .

Integrated Training Programme for Nursery Teacher Training(NTT) students is held from 12 January - 16 February 2016 at NTRC National Bal Bhavan. In this training programme students participated in various activites like Art, Craft, Music, Dance, Drama, Literature etc.
National Children Assembly and Integration Camp (NCA) : 14 - 20 November 2015
NCA was held from 14-20 November 2015 at National Bal Bhavan. This year Theme was 'MY VILLAGE MY PRIDE'
It is a one week program which was inaugurated by The Hon'ble HRD Minister Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani. A beautiful Village was created at Bal Bhavan. The
Village life was depicted through photography exibition. Children from Bal Bhavan and Bal kendras participated in this event.
Various activities was done by the children.

State Bal Shree was held 31st October and 1st November 2015 at 17 State Bal Shree Centres.
